N2P Systems is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist to join our enterprise technology delivery team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. At N2P Systems, you will put 0-2 years of hands-on experience with Kroll, AssystRx and Retail Pharmacy Experience to work on mission-critical enterprise systems. This is an existing full-time, hybrid vacancy with N2P Systems.
N2P Systems is seeking a Pharmacy Systems Implementation Specialist to support the deployment of a pharmacy management platform across pharmacy locations in Quebec. This position focuses on helping pharmacy teams transition successfully to a new system through hands-on implementation assistance, staff training, operational validation, and go-live support.
Working alongside pharmacy personnel, operations leadership, and technical support teams, you will help ensure each location is prepared for deployment and can operate effectively using the new system.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote implementation assistance and training to pharmacy teams during system transitions.
- Support individual pharmacy locations with conversion preparation and go-live readiness activities.
- Verify that operational and technical prerequisites are completed before system deployment.
- Help pharmacy employees understand and adopt updated workflows and system processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system adoption and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with technical support, IT, operations leadership, and corporate stakeholders throughout implementation activities.
- Record, document, and communicate technical issues and operational challenges encountered during deployments.
- Ensure pharmacy locations are operationally ready and comfortable using the new platform at launch.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Ability to provide practical training and implementation support to pharmacy personnel during technology transitions.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Quebec, with approximately 80% travel expected.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening, weekend, and variable working schedules based on deployment requirements.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when documenting implementation activities and operational processes.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced implementation environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with pharmacy management platforms, particularly Kroll.
- Familiarity with AssystRx or other pharmacy management systems.
- Experience working in Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart retail pharmacy locations.
- Previous involvement in pharmacy system conversions, software deployments, or operational technology rollouts.
