DIAGNOS (TSXV : ADK | OTCQB : DGNOF) applies deep learning to retinal imaging, generating specialist-grade reports in < 2 seconds. Our CARA platform is live in 140 clinics across 16 countries, having screened more than 400 000 patients to date. ISO certification, multi-jurisdictional clearances underpin a global addressable market we size at ~$11 billion.
Commercial scale-up is under way: a three-year supply agreement with EssilorLuxottica, the world’s largest optical network, and an enterprise pilot with New Look anchor our optical-retail channel. On the public-health side, we have bid on a Quebec program to screen 1.1 million diabetics over five years.
We released four new tests in February 2025, expanding use-case breadth ahead of an FDA submission later this fiscal year. With proven accuracy, DIAGNOS is looking to change the management of chronic conditions at the convergence of AI and population-scale eye care.
